Community & Building Manager - Site Staff - Assembly C Bristol

Asset Overview:
Your new office is located at Assembly Bristol, which has a commanding position alongside the Floating Harbour. Assembly offers stunning views of Bristol’s regenerated waterside heritage and is a new destination within Bristol.
Building C completed in October 2023 and comprises 93,000 sqft arranged over 14 levels. On the top floor, you’ll find our rooftop Club Room and stunning landscaped roof terrace. Building C will be made up of a talented team of service partners under the leadership of Lambert Smith Hampton, and you will be an integral part of this!

The Role:
As our Community Manager, you will be expected to embed the cultural pillars in your day-to-day role as they are the attributes we want customers to associate with Assembly.
Your previous experience in Facilities Management, along with the relevant technical competencies and skills, would be expected in order to deliver a high level of operational performance across all hard and soft services.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
* Degree qualified or equivalent professional development/qualifications record in facilities, property, estates, build environment disciplines.
* Preferably from a property management consultancy background.
* Excellent working knowledge of all core FM competencies – Administration/Building Fabric/Mechanical & Electrical services/Health & Safety/Finance/Disaster management.
* Excellent IT system skills – Financial databases/MS Office/CAFM and Help Desk Systems/mobile technologies/third-party/FM portals (Health, Safety, Sustainability, Energy).
