Role: Business Administrator

About Us:
We provide Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) designs for urban & rural roads, in addition to dual carriageway & motorways anywhere in the UK using the latest industry software.
As well as specialising in TTM design, we also provide Vehicle Swept Path Analysis, Consultancy, RRRAP Assessments, BIM/ 3D design and traffic modelling.
About the role of Business Administrator:
Due to growth and a growing order book, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administrator to join our team! You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to various departments within the business.
You will be joining and working alongside a successful team of talented designers and engineers.
Responsibilities of a Business Administrator:
* Handling and processing of sensitive information
* Organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minute taking
* Preparing business documents
* Collating and reporting on health and safety specific data/activities
* Supporting Quality and Environmental activities
* Collating information from internal audits
* Processing employee inductions
* Inputting and maintaining data
* Coordinating training for company employees
* Updating supplier information
* Assisting in financial and accounting activities where applicable
* Assisting in business development and company projects
* Any other administrative tasks that may arise
Essential Attributes for a Business Administrator:
* Excellent communication skills and a team player
* Strong attention to detail
* Previous administrative experience
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Sharepoint and Teams
* Able to multitask and work to tight deadlines
* Willing to learn new skills and develop
Desirable Attributes for a Business Administrator:
* Previous experience within the TM industry/Construction
* Experience using NetSuite - Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
* Payroll experience
