About Our School
All Saints Catholic College is an important part of our SCS community. As a co-educational K-12 dual campus, our College was formed by the amalgamation in 2019 of the three All Saints’ schools and was incorporated into a single K-12 school entity on two sites, Liverpool and Casula in 2020. The community continues to be shaped by the work of the Sisters of Charity and the Patrician Brothers.

About You
As a School Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community. To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:
* strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff
* excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* experience working in administration
* experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems
* the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
* advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)
* interpersonal skills in working with a range of people
* excellent written and oral communication
* accuracy and attention to detail
* proven ability to recognise confidential issues and treat them with sensitivity
* a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
* other duties as directed by the Principal.
You will have attained:
* a Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.
