We are recruiting for a SITS Developer to join a large public sector organisation on a permanent basis. You will support the Systems team, alongside the Head of Systems, on their new programme of system and business process redesign to significantly enhance their users experience.

A public sector organisation that works across 3 different sites in the South East whereby they provide support for the 9,000 users to deliver efficiency and effectiveness and overall improving services. This role is based in the headquarters in Farnham.
Your Role
You will work as part of the Systems team reporting into the Head of Systems. You will provide system and data support to the assessment process and to ensure that the organisations regulatory framework is robustly supported by the system set-up, coding structures and record keeping processes. You will be implementing and monitoring business processes.
Daily duties and responsibilities include SITS coding for both client and distributed access, deliver work within established SLA’s for the Systems area and to develop enhancements to such standards collecting and developingplex IT functionality. You will also skill share to more junior members of the systems team with development opportunity to progress to a lead position in the team.
This position requires an individual that has the ability to build relationships andmunicate effectively to internal stakeholders, as well as suggest developments to the current Head of Systems.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will demonstrate knowledge and experience of the following:
1. Knowledge of SITS coding for both client and distributed access
2. Successfully supported business information systems
3. Must have SITS experience
4. Having knowledge of IT functionality to solve problems, improve processes
5. Stakeholder engagement experience
6. Analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, prioritise work and multi-task
