Sales Support Administrator **IMMEDIATE START & INTERVIEWSSalary: £27,000 - £28,000Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday - FridayBased in Gatwick - Office basedOur client based in Gatwick is seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator.This role plays a critical role in supporting the Corporate Sales team by managing administrative tasks, customer enquiries, and sales processes.Responsibilities: Assist the Corporate Sales team with daily administrative tasksPrepare and process sales documents, quotes, contracts, and proposals according to negotiated termsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventoryServe as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues in a timely mannerEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, professional, and knowledgeable supportDeliver a first class and prompt support and administrative service to the Corporate departmentHelp develop relationships with purchasers from current Corporate customersManage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client informationManage customer demonstration bookingsArrange Corporate deliveries where appropriateRequirements:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM softwareHighly organisedDetail-oriented individualExcellent communication skillsPassion for delivering outstanding customer serviceStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitudePlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
