NRL have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Paralegal Executive Assistant to join our clients head office Legal team in Farnborough, in a staff role. Our client is a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, and believes in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.
Main responsibilities:
* Support the corporate legal team with entity management, board meetings, and corporate governance matters, maintaining corporate records, minute books, and statutory registers.
* Assist in preparing board materials, resolutions, and corporate filings, coordinating with external counsel on various corporate and commercial matters.
* Support the legal team in due diligence processes for corporate transactions and assist with regulatory filings and compliance matters.
* Maintain legal department documentation, including policies and procedures and provide administrative support for the legal department.
* Support our legal entities in various jurisdictions.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or legal studies degree preferred.
* 3-5 years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an international environment.
* Strong understanding of corporate law and governance practices.
* Experience with entity management systems.
* Knowledge of corporate filing requirements and procedures.
Skills:
* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
* Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
* Fluent in English. Other European languages a strong plus.
