The role:
The aim of the role is to support learners throughout their learner journey to ensure they attain the maximum benefit from their Apprenticeship programmes both in College and the workplace.

£26,907 - £29,242 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Interview and advise prospective learners who express interest in joining the Apprenticeship programme via Careers Wales, open evenings and schools open days as well as Careers fairs.
Administer the diagnostic assessment for learners that have additional learning needs and to liaise with College Support teams to ensure appropriate support is in place for all learners.
Liaise with employers to ensure that Apprentices are appropriately placed, including use of the Apprentice Matching Service or similar.
About you:
Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience of working with Apprentices providing advice and guidance and liaising with appropriate external organisations.
Knowledge and experience of effective liaisons with external support agencies.
Experience of undertaking initial assessment of learners including essential, basic skills and skills tests
