The focus of your role will be to aid the sales team, allowing consultants to spend more time building relationships, developing current accounts and generating sales. It's a fast-paced department, so you'll enjoy a busy environment Ideally, you will have some sales experience or at least have had exposure to a sales environment. This Sales Administrator position will give you a lot of variety in your working day. Just some of the responsibilities will be to: Act as the first point of contact for the sales team by monitoring the sales inbox and answering phone calls promptly. With excellent customer service, help with queries and resolve issues. Maintain and update customer accounts on the CRM system. Work to achieve customer SLAs. Maintain communication between the sales team and other departments. Input sales data into the CRM system. Prepare sales reports using Excel and analyse data. Work closely with the marketing team to support webinars, surveys, and promotional activities and occasionally attend events/conferences to represent the organisation. Benefits: Life assurance.
