To provide Team leadership and day-to-day management of the UECC Reception team, ensuring all kept tasks (as outlined in receptionist job descriptions) are completed, enabling good data quality and ECDS Compliance is met.
Ensuring that the Reception team provides a high standard of customer care, promoting, adapting, and sharing best practices between the team and department.
Main duties of the job
* To oversee the day-to-day running of the Reception Area.
* To ensure that the Reception workforce is adequately covered at all times and to exculpate any risk/concerns appropriately, to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
* To support the Operational and Performance Support Manager in the Management of the UECC Reception Team.
* To be able to analyse and interpret data and highlight potential training needs within the team.
* To regularly supervise, train, and appraise staff within the team on a day-to-day basis.
* To train and induct any new starters in the team.

Person Specification
Experience
* Computer literate with Microsoft applications.
* Ability to deal with challenging situations in a formal setting.
* Experience of working within a health environment in a Multi-Disciplinary team.
* Experience of calendar management.
* Experience of successfully working in and delivering priorities in a partnership environment.
Qualifications
* 3 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English.
* Typing and/or Word Processing qualification.
