This role plays a key part in supporting customers and enhancing their overall experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with both existing and potential customers. Assist with onboarding new clients, processing orders, and providing telephone-based product assistance. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues, ensuring all queries are logged and addressed promptly. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and organise daily call schedules. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to promote additional products to current customers. Coordinate the dispatch and return of equipment. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Professional and confident telephone manner. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced in CRM software (such as Zoho or similar).
