Job Overview
The Registry Assistant provides an efficient and effective administration support service across Shetland UHI. This role requires a degree of flexibility: you will be primarily based in our Lerwick/Scalloway Campus but may be required to provide support in our Scalloway/Lerwick Campus.
The purpose of this post is to work as part of a team to provide administrative support throughout Shetland UHI to ensure efficient and effective procedures and processes are in place and implemented.

1. Admissions
2. Student Records
3. Commercial/Short Course and Apprenticeship administration
4. Examinations Officer
5. Administration of student fees/funding records
6. Reception
