Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buying and Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our Buying and Merchandising team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all administrative aspects of the Dropship digital programme, including stock management, product amendments, and accuracy.
2. Conduct online comparative shops for the dropship range and report back to the buying team.
3. Set up new products on OrderWise from information provided by the buying team on range plans and new line forms.
4. Ensure sufficient information is provided on new line forms and chase missing data, including dimensions, images, and copy.
Merchandising Duties
1. Raise and chase orders for stock.
2. Deputize for the 1st Buying and Admin Assistant in their absence.
3. Work closely with the Warehouse to resolve any inbound/outbound issues that may arise.
4. Perform data sweeps to catch missing data and rectify.
Requirements
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Great attention to detail.
3. Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
4. Experience with Excel is preferred.
5. Retail experience is preferable but not required.
