The company manufactures its mechanical watches at scale from “The Wing”, Bremont’s 35,000 sq ft state-of-the-art Manufacturing & Technology Centre in Henley-on-Thames, England. KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Our brand is as strong as the community that advocates for us and we’re looking for someone to join our Marketing function to drive community growth and interaction by managing the schedules and channels. Being innovative and forward-thinking with content planning and scheduling. Engaging with the community in an authentic and human way. Staying updated with social trends, understanding channel nuances, driving updates and strategy, keeping us front of mind and first to act.
This role sits at the heart of our media engine, it’s an amazing opportunity to join a stunning British luxury brand at a time where new media, new marketing, and community-first communications will be the headline on the main stage.
We work in a stunning location in Henley Upon Thames, our office is called The Wing, it is an amazing place to be both architecturally and culturally. We’re flexible in our working schedules, but we want team members who naturally feel the need to be right in the heat of decision making. This is not a role for people whose preference is independent, isolated working patterns, because our team is everything to us. In the brand and marketing functions, we work in a highly collective style, where everybody has a voice and a vote.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Social Media Manager role will work alongside the Senior Social Media Manager, and your primary function will be to support their operations and eventually take on their responsibilities.
* Implement the social media strategy across multiple platforms to broaden our brand reach and engagement.
* Support the Senior Social Media Manager in the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, tailoring content for diverse channels and audiences.
* Plan, schedule, and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Meltwater, Asana, and Meta Business.
* Collaborate with the Creative and Design team to brief innovative social media content in line with the overall marketing plan.
* Manage community interactions across all channels by responding to posts, messages, comments, and developing discussions.
* Provide insights on performance metrics.
* Continuously optimize content to encourage community interaction and engagement.
* Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to improve measurement of social media activity.
* Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance.
* Foster cross-team and cross-departmental collaboration.
* Support the Bremont marketing team’s social priorities and work on brand events generating engaging social content.
DECISION MAKING
You will have autonomy over the output of content in line with brand guidelines and will be responsible for overseeing the brand's interactions with the public by implementing the social media strategy with informed decision-making.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Previous social media management experience at a comparable level, ideally within luxury, watches, jewellery, or a similar industry.
* Impeccable time management, able to manage multiple projects at once and communicate clearly on progress and delivery.
* Excellent understanding of all major social media platforms (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and familiarity with their respective algorithms, best practices, audiences, and business accounts.
* Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Meta, Meltwater, Hootsuite, Asana, Dash Hudson, and Later).
* Strong copywriting and editing skills.
* Creative thinker, with a ‘can do’, problem-solving attitude.
* Excellent attention to detail.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
* 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday, weekend and evening work required for key events and specific times of the year as necessary.
* Hybrid working at our Head Office in Henley-on-Thames - 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
* Working autonomously and in a team of 2
* Probation process 4 months
* Notice period – 2 months

Presentation Task:
* Create a social media post for our new Supermarine 300M collection, considering your choice of channels, tone of voice, type of media, target audience, and goals.
* We do not need to see a ‘finished asset’. Image and video assets can be described/storyboarded.
