This is a global role and therefore occasional overseas travel will be required. While our head office is based in Staines, we are open to talented candidates outside of this location.

SALARY: £75K - £90K per annum

Responsibilities will include:
* Work collaboratively with sales and HR/TA in all geographical markets to attract, onboard and train highly effective sales managers and salespeople.
* Ensure that sales managers are trained to coach their salespeople.
* Determine sales training requirements and oversee the creation and execution of sales training strategies.
* Establish procedures for assessing the quality of training and making high-level changes if standards are not met or further skill or knowledge gaps are identified.
* Update our Competence Development Portfolio.
* Identify and implement the appropriate technology and tools to support the training programs and facilitate learning and development for sales teams.
* Improve the scope of learning programs such as specific products and services technical trainings.
* Lead, manage and mentor sales trainers (employees and/or consultants) and other sales campus employees.
* 1:1 coaching of employees to improve competencies and build an environment of trust, promoting a winning culture.
* Meet sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements.
* Maintain accurate sales training records in the company Learning Management System (Workday Learning).
* Provide monthly/quarterly/annual sales training information demonstrating return on investment.
