About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will be the primary liaison for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships. Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborating with the Branch Manager to support the sales process and facilitate client engagement. Providing regular reports on account activity and progress against targets. Addressing client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Working closely with internal teams to share best practices and contribute to overall sales success. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. What the Client is Looking For: Essential: Previous experience in sales. Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach. Highly detail-oriented and organized. Flexible and reliable, capable of working to tight deadlines. Experience managing a sales territory and planning process. Positive drive and hunger to succeed in a team environment. Desirable: Experience in the Audio-Visual sector. Understanding of, and interest in, Audio-Visual technology. Experience with bids and tendering processes.
