The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inbound Warehouse Specialist to administer and operate the organization's ALM/SITAD warehouse, including processing, destruction, and storage of all physical assets. Responsibilities include accounting for all assets in the stores facilities, auditing goods received, overseeing receipt, storage, moves, shipment of assets, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
* Ensure client assets are suitably protected according to client specifications, e.g., correctly stacked & securely wrapped/strapped for sensitive/delicate information.
* Highlight any damaged boxes where appropriate.
* Adhere to system inbound and outbound verification processes at all times.
* Check jobs on the system regularly and prioritize requests based on cut-off times (e.g., 2-hour SLA).
* Ensure requests are processed and paperwork produced timely.
* Maintain the integrity of inventory locations.
* Process all assets accurately and store boxes within specified timescales.
* This role involves manual handling and working at a pace aligned with site-specific targets for Activities per Hour (APH).
* Follow site-specific procedures for internal relocations of assets.
* Assist with client queries as appropriate.
* Comply with Global Standards, Quality Management systems (ISO9001), Sarbanes Oxley, and other key standards.
* Mentor new staff through training and coaching.
* Ensure operational activities comply with health and safety regulations and promote building/property security.
About You
* Previous experience in a warehouse or records management environment is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to lift and move boxes of various sizes and operate pallet jacks.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with records management practices is a plus.
