We're working with a leading CRM and Martech agency with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences for their clients. Their innovative solutions have helped them build a reputation as world-class agency. They are now looking for a talented Account Director (or Senior Account Manager looking for a step up) to work closely with a Client Lead and Client Services Director to plan and deliver groundbreaking CRM Implementations and Marketing Technology programmes for an exciting mix of global clients. Clients span a breadth of industry sectors from Higher Education to Financial Services and lots more.
What you'll be doing:
As the Account Director, you will be responsible for leading the relationship with flagship accounts and ensuring that their marketing goals and objectives are met through large-scale digital transformation including CRM implementations and Martech. The Account Director will own, lead and manage day-to-day client strategies with a focus on impact. Some of your responsibilities:
Be proactive in spotting and surfacing opportunities for growth (incremental spend)
Support the Client Partner in the formulation of key account plans to drive the strategic
direction of the account
Develop and nurture key client relationships so we are a trusted and valued business
partner
Develop a good understanding of the client’s data and the technical solutions we
manage and deploy, and the value it drives
Working with the client stakeholders, Strategist, Delivery Lead and Strategic
Consultants, to develop a roadmap to achieve the client’s business goals; data,
technology and customer dialogue strategies
Review and understand client account and project profitability
Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in an Account Director role or similar, leading and managing CRM strategies, marketing programmes (or similar) activities and have experience with implementing complex technical solutions.
Ability to challenge eloquently to support client and agency objectives
Understanding of how technology and tools can support and enhance client activity
An understanding of “agency Agile” and associated tools & techniques
Confident with financials with a commercial outlook
Active interest in learning about the markets our clients operate in
