Job Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mentality to join our Air & Ocean Freight team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the Air & Ocean Freight sector.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate and secure new business deals and contracts.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the Air & Ocean Freight industry.
Strong hunter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
Valid driver’s license.
Salary and Benefits:
£50,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience + EXCELLENT COMMISSION
