What would my working day be like?
You are encouraged to be in the office most of the time, as we believe this dynamic environment is the best place to learn, network and have fun whilst being an early careers professional.
Your role will include:
* Understand Procurement: Learn how procurement fits into our structure, budgets, and key regulations.
* Use Market Intelligence: Collect data to inform strategies and develop business cases.
* Apply Commercial Models: Deliver value, influence behaviours, and drive continuous improvement.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Procurement, Finance, and other functions to create solutions that meet business needs.
* Manage Stakeholders: Build relationships, assess market demand, and explore routes.
* Benchmark and Source: Evaluate costs, contribute to sourcing plans with Corporate Social Responsibility goals, and notify suppliers of requirements.

Minimum educational requirements:
You will have achieved or be on track to achieve at least 3 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Maths and English language.
