Salary: (21,575 pro-rota 37 hours, Term Time only)

Norton Canes High School continues to enjoy growth in pupil numbers. We are therefore, seeking a self-motivated, hardworking, and dedicated Inclusion support assistant to join our team.
Reporting to the Assistant SENCO the focus of the role will be to work closely with the Assistant SENCO and classroom teachers to support individual pupils usually within a whole class setting at both Key Stage 3 and 4. Some modifying of Visually Impaired student work included, therefore, good IT skills required.
The post holder will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work on their own as well as part of a team and relate well to pupils to help overcome any barriers they have to learning.
The position is ideal for a person committed to professional development within a supportive environment who will enjoy ensuring that learning support is an important element in the support of the teaching and learning of our students and who can show the school's advantages to a wider audience.
