About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our clients manufacturing site. This is a pivotal role within the organisation, providing strategic and operational HR support to drive business performance, enhance employee engagement, and support a high-performing culture. As an integral part of the leadership team, you will work closely with managers and employees to deliver HR solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
* Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance business performance and organisational development.
* Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies.
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
* Oversee HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
* Support learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the workforce.
* Collaborate with site leadership to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Lead HR projects and initiatives aligned with business transformation and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing, engineering, logistics or industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
* Experience in change management, organisational development, and workforce planning.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to work on-site and support a fast-paced operational environment.
* CIPD Level 5 or above qualification (or equivalent experience).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
