The efforts and storytelling required to ensure internal stakeholders are living and breathing a brand philosophy, as well as activating, resonating and engaging with critical internal and external audiences well, it’s a job in itself… and that is why we have created this specialist marketing and activation role here at Ph - to provide our clients with the best possible services and support while navigating their employer brand journey, providing them with expertise and experience and as a result – growing the Ph. business.
This role offers an Employer Brand digital marketing specialist, we don’t call it recruitment marketing as it covers more than recruitment, a unique opportunity to join our rapidly growing team and shape Employer Brand Activation for leading global brands. You will be part of our consultancy division, reporting to the Director of Consultancy, and must be ready to engage in projects Including deep content, strategy and marketing expertise but also experience within the Employer Brand/ Recruitment Marketing space.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating Employer Brand internal and external marketing strategies. including partnering with clients to activate their Employer Brand externally through digital paid media, organic search, social media, events, and partnerships. You will have the support of a talented team of SME’s including a Senior Digital Account Manager and specialists in paid media, social media, SEO, and analytics. Also pitching for new business with exciting new opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Bring
In terms of experience and expertise, here’s what we’re looking for: The must-haves:
* Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing channel marketing, campaign management internal activation experience. We would prefer agency side experience but open to talk to anyone with previous experience of running EB marketing campaigns who know and keeps up with the latest digital trends.
* A growth mindset, with experience of running pitching and winning new business.
* We need someone who knows how to optimize both internal and external channels 'who knows the inner workings of Paid, Social, Activation and SEO'. providing a strategic overview and collaborating with Subject matter experts to maximise each element's impact and deliver the best results for the client.
* Proven ability to collaborate and co-create with team members across multiple functions. Including Strategists, Creatives and Operations.
* Strong research experience, displaying the ability to work with qual and quant information and data sets and translate this into a digestible engaging story and ideas.
* A strong foundation in digital marketing strategies, with the ability to identify and recommend the most effective solutions for clients—whether through social media, paid media, SEO, or broader internal and external activations.
* Strong client management skills including the ability to manage and present to senior stakeholder from the CEO and board of large organisation through to HR, marketing and TA experts.
* Be data literate, obsessing over metrics and reporting and using the numbers to direct your decisions with insight and confidence.
* Fresh knowledge of the latest trends across RM, digital marketing. Functionalities of tools and tactics- the channels we use are always evolving and changing and we need this person to be up to date with innovations and how they work
* Experience in creating and managing complex workshops.
