Health, Safety & Compliance Manager
12-Month FTC

We are thrilled to partner with a prestigious commercial and residential property management organisation to find a dedicated Health, Safety & Compliance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational excellence of a high-end Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular, thorough assessments to ensure all areas of the Estate adhere to compliance standards, addressing and rectifying any findings from recent audits.
2. Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective corrective actions to mitigate hazards.
3. Interpret, apply, and stay up to date with Health & Safety legislation relevant to Estate operations, ensuring continuous compliance and a safety-first culture.
4. Maintain detailed records of compliance activities, risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions, ensuring clear and consistent documentation.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
1. NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent.
Desirable:
1. NEBOSH Certificate in Construction or similar knowledge of construction-specific Health & Safety standards.
2. Grad IOSH qualification is preferred but not essential.
