Position: Administration Assistant
Required from: 2nd June 2025
Contract Type: Permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week), term time (38 weeks per year)
Hours of work: 8am to 12:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Grade 5, points 7-8. £24,408 - £24,795 full time equivalent (actual salary: £12,402 – £12,598)Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in a vibrant and welcoming Church of England primary school? We are part of a multi-academy trust dedicated to providing exceptional education and support to our students. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our school office from Monday 2nd June 2025. In this role, you will provide confidential and effective administrative support within the school office function, including the provision of a courteous reception service. Your commitment and enthusiasm will be key in providing an effective office support service. We are looking for individuals who:
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Can demonstrate numeracy/literacy skills sufficient for the demands of the post.
• Are able to efficiently manage administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.• Are comfortable in the use of standard office equipment and systems, including Microsoft Office.
• Are committed to the vision of the school.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are highly motivated.
