Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships Be a key positive influence and implementer of the Directors business plan, ensuring delivery of strategic objectives and business targets Lead workforce development, ensuring that staffing resources meet the needs of the business and support professional growth and retention Line manage service leads and supervisors. Coaching, developing, monitoring and supporting them to deliver their KPI's and therefore the overall business objectives. Ensure productivity across all departments Provide insight, updates and relevant action planning at monthly and annual budget meetings. Ensure there are adequate employee engagement and support processes in place e.g., documented one to ones, exit interviews, return to work interviews and annual appraisals for both non-clinical and clinical staff. Ensure that there is effective working across the clinical and non-clinical services. Work cooperatively with partners to ensure there are plans in place to achieve quality performance income targets and that additional resource available is accessible and fully utilised. Ensure the relevant risk assessments are in place and the relevant audits completed. e.g., Health & Safety, Fire, Staff. Professionally represent the organisation internally and externally Ensure a process is in place for all new starters to receive a robust induction into the organisation. Lead on recruitment, selection and induction of non-clinical staff. Ensure that there is an adequate Business Continuity plan. Ensure the Company meets GDPR requirements, and the asset risk assessments are up to date. Ensure significant events are reported, analysed, and acted upon. Implement new technology which improves efficiency. In partnership with others, collaborate on improving the quality of health care and encourage reflective practice within the team. Deliver business financial and growth targets. Drive the business forward through effective budgeting, monitoring and reviewing of opportunities for growth and efficiencies. Support, train, monitor and influence service leads and action plan where needed to ensure delivery of KPIs and targets Ensure any issues have a root cause fix and support implementation of those fixes.
