Planning Administrator : EV Infrastructure London
Are you an organised and detail:oriented planning professional looking to play a key role in the future of sustainable transport? We are recruiting a Planning Administrator on behalf of a leading EV infrastructure provider, helping to drive the electrification of transport across the UK.

The Role:
As a Planning Administrator, you will be a crucial part of the in:house Development Team, managing planning applications, appeals, and feasibility assessments to support the successful delivery of EV charging projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
x2705; Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, ensuring compliance with UK planning regulations
x2705; Handle planning conditions, including discharge, variation, and removal
x2705; Assist in preparing BNG exemption statements and planning:related reports such as design and access and heritage statements
x2705; Liaise with local planning authorities and consultants to facilitate applications
x2705; Monitor application progress, providing updates and resolving potential delays
x2705; Conduct research into local development plans and policies to assess feasibility and risks
x2705; Stay up to date with planning policies related to EV charging infrastructure and sustainable transport
What Were Looking For:
x1F539; Experience in planning coordination, ideally within property or development
x1F539; Knowledge of UK planning legislation, policies, and procedures
x1F539; Understanding of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 and Development Management Procedure Order 2015
x1F539; Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
x1F539; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
x1F539; Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
