What we’re looking for:
* Qualifications and registration : Valid NMC Pin and RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification.
* Professional Experience : Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting.
* Health and Safety Knowledge : Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Approach to Care : A compassionate, patient-centred approach to nursing.
* Communication and Teamwork : Strong communication and interpersonal skill and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Your day-to-day:
* Health Assessment and Care Planning : Assess the health needs of residents and develop individualised care plans.
* Medication and Treatment Administration : Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
* Monitoring and Documentation : Monitor and document residents’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health.
* Team Collaboration : Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and person-centred care.
* Education and Support : Educate and support residents and their families on health management and well-being.
* Regulatory Compliance : Adhere to healthcare regulations and standards to maintain high-quality care.
* Safe and Supportive Environment : Promote and practice a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff.
