My client is a thriving and well-established design and manufacturing business, currently experiencing strong periods of growth.
They are currently seeking a Sales Support Expert to manage contracts and develop customer relations by supporting the sales team.
Duties:
1. Choose and implement a CRM system.
2. Support the sales team in using the CRM system so they have a full understanding of its use.
3. Support the promotion of company products.
4. Manage and follow up customer quotations.
5. Grow and maintain aftermarket sales.
6. Liaise with the customer and offer customer support.
7. Manage customer contracts and queries.
Requirements:
1. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM systems and be able to maximize CRM to its fullest capacity.
2. A good understanding of the concept of successful sales and marketing.
3. Effective communication skills are essential together with the ability to work under pressure and to arranged deadlines.
The salary for this position is very attractive, and a performance-related bonus is also on offer.
