Danny Sullivan Group are searching for their next HSEQ Manager to work on a role in Cheshire. The ideal candidate for this role would be supporting site teams throughout inspections to validate hazards and minimise risks, all while improving a safe environment. Responsibilities: Support Health & Wellbeing (H&W) initiatives under HSEQ leadership. Assist with monthly H&W themes communication and promotion. Offer consistent and accurate HSEQ guidance to Advisors and Site Teams. Support regional HSEQ initiatives and resolve issues. Produce and analyse monthly HSEQ statistics to identify trends and drive initiatives. Line manages and mentor HSEQ Advisors to foster professional growth. Produce and distribute HSEQ alerts after incidents to promote learning and improvement. Maintain and report monthly HSE performance statistics. Deliver awareness training and lead site stand-downs. Keep management updated on investigation status. Identify root causes and produce HSE alerts to improve practices. Conduct regular visits to support Advisory Teams in your area. Perform detailed monthly HSEQ inspections as per agreed targets. Support Facilities Managers with HSE-related issues at regional premises. Ensure HSE standards and legal obligations are met at company premises. Experience/Qualifications: NEBOSH certificate or IOSH (or equivalent). CEnv or associate IEMA (or equivalent). Extensive HSEQ experience in a Civil Engineering environment. Rail sector experience (desirable). Level 3 AET or PTTLS is preferable. NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 in-study (desirable).
