1. To support the site in pursuing business objectives
2. To assist with the identification, development and implementation of operational improvements
3. To ensure continuity of production of quality parts ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
4. To ensure that quality, cost and delivery are continually improved.
5. To ensure that all work meets customer (internal and external) expectations on delivery and quality.
6. To be flexible and adaptable including movement between work areas, overtime and shift changes to support the site in case of unexpected absence or die backlog.
