Customer Service Case Handler
£25000 - £28000 salary

Randstad are working alongside a renowned debt recovery organisation with over 30 years experience in providing support to landlords, managing agents and freeholders.
They are recruiting for a Case Handler to join their established team in Hertford, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
Duties
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, owners, solicitors, and third parties.
* Manage a portfolio of cases, ensuring timely and efficient debt recovery for clients.
* Work with Claims Handlers to provide updates on case progress for all involved.
* Help negotiate payments and resolve disputes, adhering to the Pre Action Protocol for Debt Claims.
* Respond to client and owner queries via phone, email, and written communication.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including obtaining and reviewing Land Registry documents.
* Meet SLAs and manage your diary, emails, and workload efficiently.

* Experience of working in a customer-focussed role
* Comfortable working in a target-based environment
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* A confident communicator, always happy to help
