Join us as an Outreach Intervention Teacher on a fixed-term basis until 22 July 2025, to deliver Maths and/or English at KS3, and ideally KS4, ensuring lessons are tailored to individual needs.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Intervention Teacher to join our team in a newly created role. As part of our commitment to ensuring every student belongs, progresses, and thrives, you will play a crucial part in helping students with learning barriers, including anxiety and mental health challenges, reintegrate and succeed in the classroom. In this pivotal role, you will support students who are currently unable to access the full curriculum due to various challenges. Your mission will be to build trusting relationships, instil confidence, and act as a bridge, helping these students return to their educational journey.
Hours: 32.5 hours per week (will consider part-time 16.25 hours)
