Main duties of the job We are looking for highly motivated, experienced Paediatric Haemodialysis nurse to lead our Paediatric Haemodialysis Unit here at UHS. This individual needs excellent care values and a strong sense of team spirit along with highly specialist haemodialysis knowledge and skills. The Paediatric Haemodialysis Specialist practitioner will have primary responsibility for the provision of Haemodialysis for paediatric patients at UHS, practicing autonomously as a core member of the multi-disciplinary team. They will be responsible for leading the nursing team to provide the safe therapeutic management of paediatric Haemodialysis patients. The post holder will be the identified key worker for the paediatric haemodialysis patient caseload to co-ordinate/oversee therapeutic treatment and care.
