HR Lifecycle Management Provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. ?? Business Partnering Work closely with the Regional HR Business Partner to support managers and leaders with strategic and operational HR advice. ?? Employee Relations Guide managers through complex HR matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and terminations. ?? Process Optimisation Identify areas for efficiency improvements and implement HR solutions that drive business success. ?? Global Collaboration Partner with international teams to align HR practices and contribute to company-wide initiatives. What Were Looking For ? HR Experience Previous experience as an HR Advisor, handling employee relations and providing HR support. ? Strong Communicator Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. ? Problem-Solver A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities. ? Tech-Savvy Comfortable using HR systems (e.g., Cascade or similar) and Microsoft Office tools. ?
