Their reputation is built on quality, integrity and a commitment to long-term client relationships.About the role This is a senior, strategic position where youll lead the tax function across the firm, providing expert technical guidance and high-level client advice. Youll manage a diverse portfolio, drive innovation in tax planning, and play a key role in shaping the growth of the firms tax offering.Its also a chance to support and mentor the next generation of chartered professionals in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.What youll be doing Providing expert advice on complex tax matters including corporate, personal, inheritance, VAT and international taxLeading client relationships and delivering tailored, proactive tax planning strategiesOverseeing compliance across your portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate submissionsManaging and mentoring colleagues within the tax team, supporting their developmentWorking closely with partners and other departments to deliver integrated client solutionsDriving improvements to tax processes and contributing to the firms strategic directionWhat were looking for Fully qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Adviser (CA, ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent)A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a tax leadership role within practiceDeep technical knowledge across corporate and/or personal taxProven experience of managing client portfolios and building strong, lasting relationshipsA natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and developing team capabilityStrong communication and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailConfident with tax software (e.g., CCH) and the Microsoft Office suiteWhats on offer Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working options and a genuine focus on work-life balanceA collaborative and professional team cultureClear progression opportunities, with potential for future partnershipA varied and loyal client base across a range of sectorsTPBN1_UKTJ
