Job Title: Interventions Teacher - Chorley
Location: Chorley
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours
Salary: £130 - £180 per day
Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted interventions to support students in achieving their academic goals
* Create individualised learning plans based on student needs and assessments
* Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
* Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to ensure alignment with curriculum
* Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and school administration
Minimum Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
* Experience in delivering interventions or support to students
* Strong understanding of educational strategies and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the UK national curriculum
* Ability to assess student needs and develop appropriate interventions
* Effective classroom management skills
* Proficiency in using educational technology
* Additional training in special education or SENCO qualification
* Experience working with diverse student populations
Work Environment:
* Work in a school setting with regular school hours
* Potential for occasional evening or weekend work for meetings or events
* Collaborative work environment with other teachers and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
