With unlimited overtime available, the expected on-target earnings are within the range of £35,000 to £38,000.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has previous engineering experience working on coffee machines, carrying out fault finding and routine maintenance with excellent customer service experience.
Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer include:
1. Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of coffee machines.
2. Previous experience on high profile brands (Coffetek, Crane, Cimbali, Franke, WMF, etc.).
3. Carry out fault finding for reactive repairs.
4. Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers.
5. Complete all necessary job sheets and liaise closely with the service desk.
6. Maintain van stock and general vehicle maintenance as required.
Required experience of the Field Service Engineer:
1. Minimum 1 year engineering experience on coffee or vending machines.
2. Proficient fault-finding skills, including the use of a multi-meter.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. A full, clean UK driver's license.
