About The Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wernick Hire's presence.
2. Cultivate Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with potential new customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
3. Account Management: Open and manage new customer accounts.
4. Engage with Clients: Attend customer meetings, delivering impactful presentations that showcase Wernick Hire's values.
5. Problem-Solving: Apply logical thinking to overcome challenges and meet client expectations.
6. Meetings and Follow-Up: Participate in review meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
7. Product Promotion: Introduce and promote new products to clients as required.
8. Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys as needed to assess customer requirements.
9. Event Coordination: Organise and attend client events to enhance relationships.
10. Collaborative Visits: Support depot managers on customer visits as necessary.
Skills and Experience
1. Industry Expertise: Proven sales experience within the portable accommodation sector is essential.
2. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to negotiate and close sales.
3. Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
4. Proactive Sales Approach: Self-motivated with a proactive mindset for achieving sales targets.
5. Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
6. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
