The Opportunity:
1. Working as a Sales Manager, you will be leading the team in business growth.
2. Based in the office Monday to Friday with some external visits to clients, you will be leading from the front; this is a HANDS ON Sales Management role!
3. Selling the company's exclusive range of kitchen accessories.
4. Selling to a variety of markets such as retailers, merchants, house builders, independent shops and even end users!
5. Your team will consist of 2 people; however, the business has ambitious growth plans and this is where you get the opportunity to carve your own success and lay the pathway to the next level.
6. The role is heavily focused on business growth, which comes from new business as well as developing the company's existing accounts.
The Successful Candidate:
1. SALES is the key.
2. You must be a hands-on leader; this is not a leader from the background, this is leading by example, leading and showing the way.
3. A creator of business! Someone who can open doors with key players within the industry.
4. Confident, outgoing, lively, ambitious! You should be a bull of energy, a vivacious character!
5. Experience selling to showrooms or retailers would be advantageous; however, this isn't the key attribute!
