This role can be worked on a hybrid basis with a minimum of two days in the office required per week.
What we're looking for
This role is essential for our business operations and relies on a dedicated team to process, record, and reconcile bank transactions and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Some experience in finance, through education or industry, would be advantageous, but the most important success factors are:

Responsibilities
Daily, you will support your assigned customer with various payment tasks, including complex, ad hoc, scheduled payments, payroll, and overseas transactions. You will ensure daily bank reconciliations and accurate, timely reporting to maintain system integrity. You will also engage in reports and hedging analysis, along with detailed month-end reporting and reconciliation. Collaboration with other departments and providing excellent internal service are also key aspects of the role.
* Accurate daily recording of all bank transactions into the cash book for reconciliation.
* Conduct daily FX analysis.
* Manage the preparation of domestic, overseas, and intercompany payments.
* Promote internal controls and best practices within the function, SSC, and to all SSC customers.
* Record all intergroup current account movements accurately.
* Prepare monthly reconciliations and reports.
