Job Title Partner Enablement Program Manager Job Description Reporting to the Senior Partner Enablement Program Manager, the Partner Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering Partner Enablement initiatives that drive partner effectiveness and productivity. This role will deliver programs aligned to regional enablement plans, working collaboratively across Sage to ensure effective task execution and coaching. The Partner Enablement Program Manager will assist in developing the Partner Enablement blueprint from onboarding to excellence, ensuring the delivery of clearly defined outcomes and timeframes. They will collaborate across the Sage organization to define and document enablement plans for the region, supporting the achievement of business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Partner with partner leadership and enablement colleagues to enhance partner effectiveness through onboarding and continuous enablement. • Deliver partner coaching and performance clinics aligned with the Partner Enablement strategy. • Provide regional expertise to co-create skills and process enablement with Learning Services. • Manage multiple programs concurrently, ensuring they meet competency requirements and partner goals. • Deliver skills and processes for onboarding new partners and improving their ability to differentiate through the sales process. • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop and deliver partner enablement content and assets. • Build and deliver skills sessions and ongoing coaching to Partner Leaders, focusing on leveraging tools and reports. • Measure performance improvement, addressing gaps through task-focused coaching and activities. • Regularly report the impact of enablement activities against agreed performance outcomes and objectives. Requirements • Experience with Partner Enablement methods and approaches. • Organized with a strong planning inclination. • Ability to independently lead workstreams with limited oversight. • A coach with mature coaching skills. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Excellent active listening skills. • Team player, able to work collaboratively with others. • Innovative, seeks new ways of working and open to experimentation. • Strong presence and ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences. • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at mid to senior levels. • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges. • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. • Comfortable with ambiguity and agile delivery.
