Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Manage bookings, orders, and merchandise, ensuring they are processed and dispatched correctly. Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner. Assist with event organisation, including setting up materials, preparing delegate packs, and issuing tickets. Support the team with invoicing, purchase orders, and general data entry. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection policies. Key Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
