The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of payroll and pensions while staying up to date with legislative changes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAssist with the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.\nManage payroll data entry, adjustments, and reconciliations.\nSupport pension processing, including contributions and compliance requirements.\nStay informed on legislation changes, ensuring payroll remains compliant.\nAct as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing payroll-related queries.\nWork closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.\nContribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. \n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nPrevious experience in payroll administration, ideally within a growing business.\nStrong understanding of payroll and pension processes.\nUp-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines\nStrong communication skills with the ability to liaise with different departments and external providers.\nA proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to support a dynamic team.
