Flights Operations Support Consultant Base Salary £40,000 Bonus and Benefits Hybrid - Central London Our client is an internationally based travel company specialising in corporate and leisure travel. They are now recruiting for a Flights Support Consultant to join their operations team. This is a key role in providing flights and operations support to their travel consultants. Candidates must have extensive flights, ticketing and fares knowledge with working knowledge of a major GDS. This is a hybrid-based role - Central London Flights Operations Support Consultant Responsibilities and Duties: Supporting the travel consultants who manage corporate and leisure clientsActioning requests sent over to the helpdesk, such as issuing/reissuing and refunding complex airline tickets Assist travel consultants advisors with systems such as concur, Dophone etc, helping with ADMS, GDS issues in Amadeus and Galileo Assist new travel consultants with setup and run training sessions Manage the UK hotel inbox to ensure all email are distributedSupport advisors with NDC requests Quality checking advisors bookings Flights Support Consultant Experience Required: Extensive travel experience in a similar support and operations based roleExcellent GDS working knowledge ideally Amadeus and Galileo knowledge Extensive fares and ticketing knowledge Good British rail and European train knowledgeGood knowledge of Concur Exceptional communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Flights Operations Support Consultant Salary and Benefits: Base salary to £40,000 5% bonus Perkbox Hybrid working Monday to Friday Bupa 25 days annual leave Workplace pension To apply for this Flights Operations Support Consultant role, pleas email your CV and a member of the team will be in contact to discuss the opportunity and company
