Travel Sales Specialists wanted to join a dynamic, fun and growing bespoke Travel Agency. This is a full-time office based role, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, with a requirement to work weekends on a rota basis and with the option of overtime when required.
ROLE:
* Answering and responding to all enquiries and brochure requests in a prompt and professional manner.
* Creating and producing imaginative itineraries using expert knowledge.
* Managing a portfolio of personal clients.
* Creating a brilliant, ongoing and accessible relationship with your guests.
* Managing booking administration from enquiry to return.
* Attending shows, exhibitions and events on behalf of the company when necessary (this may include weekends).
* Working to sales targets and KPIs set on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (individual & team).
REQUIREMENTS:
* A natural affinity for sales and customer service, with a passion for travel.
* Travel or luxury brand sales experience required.
* Knowledge of airline GDS preferred but not essential.
