MD5 is looking for a driven individual to join their Sales team. The role focuses on supporting the growth of there Digital Forensics and eDiscovery services, particularly the software sales side, with responsibilities including both client acquisition and relationship management. The ideal candidate will work with clients from Law Enforcement, Government, and Legal sectors in the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Proactively reach out to potential clients in targeted sectors (Law Enforcement, Government, Legal). Manage Existing Clients: Develop and enhance relationships with current customers to expand their engagement with MD5’s services. Sales Demonstrations & Opportunities: Meet clients to conduct presentations and identify their needs. Collaborate with Technical Experts: Work alongside digital forensic and eDiscovery specialists to offer solutions tailored to client requirements. IT Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and social media platforms is necessary. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven Experience: Success in account management, business development, and managing client relationships. Commercial Acumen: Ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively while focusing on growing the business. Presentation Skills: Confident in delivering sales presentations. UK Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required. Sector Experience: While specific experience in digital forensics or eDiscovery isn’t essential, familiarity with Law Enforcement and Government sectors would be beneficial.
