Account Manager

Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in the local area, focusing on revenue growth.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Understand the specific needs of clients and offer tailored, cutting-edge security solutions.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet both individual and company targets.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the security sector.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth, successful delivery of security solutions to clients.
* Ensure compliance with legal, industry, and data protection standards throughout the sales process.
* Track and report on sales progress, pipeline, and outcomes to help drive business goals.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (security or military sectors preferred, but other backgrounds welcome).
* Strong networking abilities and a natural talent for building lasting client relationships.
* Self-motivated and driven to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a standalone position.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver personalised solutions to meet client needs.
