About the Role - The Brand Manager will be responsible for the management of a product/portfolio of products within Besins Healthcare UK. Working alongside other Brand Managers in the Marketing Team the role involves working closely with colleagues across the business. Identify and leverage customer and market insights to drive differentiation and growth for defined brands Identify and champion marketing opportunities by monitoring the competition; markets, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses Develop strong personal insights into the disease area by building strong and trusted relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders Support the annual strategic planning process, defining strategic imperatives for the portfolio/brands thus achieving agreed growth and financial targets Develop the annual marketing investment plans outlining key activities and programs that address agreed strategic imperatives for the brand. Execute the marketing plan within agreed timelines and budgets ensuring that all materials comply with current regulations. Work in a collaborative manner with the sales team and other stakeholders to develop the optimum approach to the marketplace. Manage and develop a partnership based relationship with agencies to fully engage them and maximise their contribution to our Company objectives including; market research, advertising, data supply and technology /web. About You Bachelor’s degree in information technology, digital marketing and/or Business management or equivalent In depth knowledge and significant experience of working within the ABPI Code of Practice Able to communicate and motivatevia oral & writtenmedia including good presentation skills in group situations involving colleagues, the Sales team or customers. Steeped in the principles of marketing and promotional cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting, product offer development, and features-benefits-solutions selling. Strong commercial acumen including a working knowledge of the aspects that affect product performance in the market. Up to date knowledge of the strategic challenges posed by the developing NHS. Significant brand management experience including omnichannel marketing.
