Part-Time HR Operations Manager - Old Street | £45-£50K FTE\n\nAre you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic and close-knit team? We're seeking a Part-Time HR Operations Manager to join our client's team, working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday preferred), from 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role is based near Old Street 3 days per week, with 1 day working from home.\n\nAbout the Role As our HR Operations Manager, you will support a small team of around 18 colleagues, ensuring smooth HR processes and fostering a positive company culture.
Your responsibilities will include:\n\nOverseeing HR operations and compliance\nManaging HR policies, procedures, and best practices\nSupporting recruitment and workforce planning\nHandling employee relations, performance management, and HR casework\nManaging payroll processes and benefits administration\nLeading HR projects and process improvements\nSupporting the Director with HR strategy and planningAbout You We are looking for an HR professional with at least 5 years' experience, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (Senior HR Advisors with extensive experience will also be considered). You should have:\n\nStrong experience in HR operations, including compliance and policy management\nExcellent employee relations and case-handling skills\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously\nStrong communication skills and experience handling sensitive HR matters\nA data-driven approach to HR decision-makingWhy Join Us?
