To build closer and long-term relationships with our Specification customers and help to ensure smooth and full onboarding, we have created an opportunity for the new role of 'Specification Team Leader'. We are therefore looking for someone who is motivated, conscientious, and a flexible team player to join our Customer Experience department.
Reporting to the CX Manager, the successful candidate will be the primary contact in working across departments to ensure we retain and gain contract sales and grow our market share further in this important sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retention of key Social Housing contracts volumes & values in conjunction with the Trade sales Team.
2. Track & monitor all Fast Track telephone calls & emails from Social Housing clients.
3. Monthly reporting on key Social Housing contract SLA targets: Call-out levels, response times, first time fix rates.

3. Fast response times to issues arising.
4. Numerate and literate.
5. Problem-solving capabilities.
6. Good keyboard and PC skills ensuring speed and accuracy of data input.
7. Display enthusiasm and commitment.
8. Be flexible and adaptable.
Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate. The working week will be 35¼ hours based on 9.00 am - 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday and 9.00 am - 4.00 pm on Fridays.
